Total Victory Technique

Total Victory Throws

The following techniques are considered total victory criteria when the throw is in a flat position to mat. The reader is reminded that the application of a painful submission hold where the opponent taps out also results in total victory.


Throwing the opponent directly to the whole of his back, shoulders, or bridge without the attacker falling down.
